Nick Ray - CEO.
Nick is our CEO following completion of a management buy-in to Woodcote Software, expressHR’s parent. Nick specializes in building technology businesses and is an entrepreneur with over 25 years experience in the sector. He has held senior management positions for the last 20 years and was most recently founder and CEO of pioneering Internet security company Prevx, taking the company from start-up to sale in just four years. Prior to this Nick founded and ran business advisory firm Clarity International, which worked with high-growth technology vendors and service providers across the US and Europe and which he sold in 2000. In the 80’s and early 90’s Nick had a variety of senior positions with leading IT companies including ICL, where he ran the third party distribution channel and Mips Computer Systems, a risk microprocessor and UNIX systems business where he was Managing Director.

Marc Jones - Customer Services Director.
Marc joined expressHR to develop the Professional Services arm of the business to provide implementation and account management expertise to expressHR’s Partners, for the lifecycle of our engagement with our customers. Prior to joining expressHR Marc has worked at a number of recruitment companies, such as Kelly Services, and other technology companies whose focus was more aligned to permanent recruitment solutions. The majority of Marc’s career has been focused on working with Public Sector entities to architect, implement and manage recruitment solutions to meet the diverse needs of the Public Sector. With over 12 years of working in the industry Marc has held a number of senior positions and provides ‘real life’ operational experience internally and externally. Marc is supported by one of the most experienced and knowledgeable teams in our market place today when it comes to provision of recruitment solutions to our Customers.

Geoff Warburton - Founder, Director
Geoff was the visionary behind expressHR and led the company through its early growth. He was among the first to recognise the potential for technology to transform the way recruitment businesses operated. With a background that includes a successful early career in the IT industry, working for IBM, Geoff then founded a recruitment business, "Unix Connections" in 1989. Now called "Connections", this highly successful business continues to flourish although Geoff is focused exclusively on his software interests. This mix of IT and recruitment industry experience gives Geoff a unique perspective that enables him to continue to make a strategic contribution to the future of the Woodcote group.
