Vision

expressHR's vision is to provide the technology to manage Recruitment Agency Supply Chains in support of any business model whether this is an MSP, RPO, PSL, Master Vendor, Vendor Neutral or direct. We recognise that every end client is different and we configure our system to cater for the specific requirements of each end client yet still enable an MSP/RPO to operate one back office pay and bill system to process all timesheets efficiently and accurately from multiple clients with multiple front office systems and processes. We provide this as a Software-as-a-Service in the Cloud with minimal set-up costs and a transactional model that fits the business model of our Partners and customers. We process high volumes extremely cost-effectively in the UK so that our charges are kept low and in expanding our service globally on the Cloud by offering multiple currency and languages we aim to reduce our charges substantially as our volumes increase.





What we do?

expressHR’s software manages spend on Temp/contract labour, both employed and engaged through agencies, to provide visibility and control of spend, very cost-effectively while ensuring complete accuracy in billing and payment processes for all staff paid on timesheets.

We provide this to MSPs who manage spend and require one system to handle multiple clients, RPOs who deliver recruitment outsourced services, to Corporate HR and Procurement Depts who need to manage their supply chain, and recruitment value-added service providers that supply more than just staff. Ideal solution for multi-client RPO service providers operating multiple Perm recruitment solutions but requiring just one cost-effective solution for managing all Temp labour for all their clients.
