Geoff Warburton is the Founder and CEO of expressHR. Geoff founded expressHR after a career in IT (including a spell with IBM), setting up his own IT recruitment agency, and providing managed services in the .com boom. It was this experience in the .com boom that Geoff adopted the Internet as the media through which employers could engage with an agency supply chain with the help and support of a managed service provider to deliver rapid fulfilment. The initial experience was that everyone wanted something different and this led to the development of a toolkit that enabled one system to be configured to meet each specific requirement and the testimony to the success of this is the diverse range of sectors that expressHR have deployed to in both white and blue collar sectors, across Permanent, Temporary and Contract staffing.  After this experience in the UK market expressHR are now offering a cloud-based service globally that can not only be configured to each customer in every sector, but can handle multiple currencies, time zones and be translated into any language. Our aspiration now is to be a truly global provider of Temp and Contract labour management systems, and to collaborate with partners in each country that can help us adapt our solution to local market requirements. In addition we can offer white label solutions to Recruitment Software companies that focus on permanent staffing solutions and want to add Temp/Contract labour to their solution.

Neil Middlleton is expressHR's Implementation Director and has personally managed many of expressHR's deployments, defining processes that meet the requirements of each customer no matter what sector they work in and whatever business model they operate - from MSP, RPO, PSL, master vendor, or vendor neutral. Neil worked in recruitment for over 17 years working for a leading IT/Engineering recruitment company for 10 years before joining expressHR 7 years ago. He has acquired a wealth of experience in recruitment and recruitment processes. expressHR’s software manages spend on Temp/contract labour, both employed and engaged through agencies, to provide visibility and control of spend, very cost-effectively while ensuring complete accuracy in billing and payment processes for all staff paid on timesheets.
